The University of Nairobi has been in Partnership with Kenya Pipeline Company  on matters of Oil and Gas since the Inaugural Oil and Gas Public Lecture held in Taifa Hall on 1st July 2016 which was officiated by Hon. Charles Keter, Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
